By purchasing a subscription or digital service from SoundSurf, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Services & Subscriptions

SoundSurf provides digital educational services, including:

  • Access to structured lessons and tasks
  • Gamified learning features
  • Preset access and sharing
  • Premium subscription features

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe.

SoundSurf does not store payment card details.

3. No Automatic Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
  • We do not provide refunds for unused time.

When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to digital content and services.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, in accordance with EU consumer law, this right is waived once:

  • The digital service has begun, and
  • You have expressly consented to immediate access to the digital content.

By purchasing and accessing SoundSurf premium features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service begins immediately after purchase, and
  • You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

5. Exceptional Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical errors resulting in inability to access the service
  • Billing errors

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.

7. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
  • Access to premium features may be permanently revoked.

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve billing issues.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
